2016 Greenbrier River Trail Association conveys 5.5 Ac. Parcel to State Parks for trailhead near Caldwell

LEWISBURG, WV – APRIL 2, 2016. The Greenbrier River Trail Association has completed transfer to West Virginia State Parks of more than five acres for use as a new trailhead park. It is expected that this will help improve access and alleviate parking congestion at the popular Greenbrier River Trail at its southern end near Caldwell.

The Greenbrier River Trail, will soon be sporting new interpretive signs to help visitors understand the history and natural heritage of the trail and river.
